Help: Cannot join another user's workspace w/ Agency Plan

Just posting here because I haven’t had a response from support or my bug report.

I am trying to fulfil a project delivery to someone, but it appears inviting someone to your workspace has broken since the new update. I’ve sent chat messages to support but haven’t heard back and am not sure if the chat is even working because my chat history has been erased.

As per what we see in the customer’s dashboard, they did not use the right e-mail to invite you. Let us know if this solves the issue.

I can’t speak for @Micah , but I’m having the same issue, and have tried that solution, @Raphael .

I cannot migrate to the new prices - I just get a 500 Internal Server error trying to hit https://api.weweb.io/v2/stripe/workspaces/xxxx--xxxxx---xxxx/plans/migrate/05-02-2025.

It looks like the editor does not recognize me as an agency at all - my AI credits are at the free tier, my referrals have all been marked as expired, and even when my customer re-added me as an agency guest in his environment, it does not show on my interface.

I’m not sure what else to try at this point, but I’m losing time on the project being locked out :wink:

  • when in a project, click on the 3 dots on the top left
  • click on Help & Support
  • click on chat & support

Thanks. I had done that last week, but until today hadn’t heard much. They have resolved the access to client workspace issue by re-issuing invites, but the other issues are still ongoing, but not as urgent. Thanks!
