Agency Migration - Locked out of Partner Features

I have an agency account, but since 3.0 I cannot migrate to the new model, which I believe is why I can no longer access my client’s environment. Luckily I still have my other clients’ projects in my environment, so I can access those, but I’ve been locked out of another one for almost a week now, and I’m losing ground on my timelines.

Anyone else been able to resolve this? I’ve tried chat support since it happened, but not really getting anywhere with that…
