Unfortunately, we can’t check your DNS records since we don’t have access to your domain registrar where you created the CNAME records.
If you’d like to share some screenshots of those, perhaps we can help.
hi Joyce, recently I have to call with GoDaddy and they check all records and they saw everrything it is ok. But the only problem is that there is not a record “A” with IP where resolved the ip page. I am following step by documentation. But the status still pending. Can you help please? today we have a pass to production this project. Thanks in advanced.
