Fielding for Technical Partner Candidates for Complex Member-driven Web App (Airtable + Automation Logic)

I am the Design Director for a high-fidelity web application project. We are migrating a 17+ page site to a more robust, stable environment. The project requires a developer who can replicate a sophisticated design (custom scroll effects/graphics) while managing a complex relational backend.

Key Technical Requirements:

  • Dynamic User Portals: Secure auth with private pages displaying unique, condition-specific data for each member.

  • Two-Way Database Sync: 2+ searchable Airtable databases with front-end “Write” access (users must be able to update their own profiles).

  • Complex Logic: Multi-directory setup with advanced search/filtering and conditional visibility rules.

  • Security & Compliance: Integration of CAPTCHA, Cookie/Consent management, and secure API handling.

  • Integrations & Automation: Tally forms, Mailchimp, and onboarding flows (currently Stripe/Zapier).

  • Design Fidelity: Pixel-perfect replication of existing custom UI/UX and motion design.

Roles Needed:

  1. Technical Partner: You handle the backend/API logic while I lead the design and project strategy.

  2. Migration Lead: A full hand-off where you manage the rebuild and deployment from start to finish.
