after I tried to rollback to my last deployed version (Automatic commit (v126) Mar 18th 2025 15:32) via the rollback editor yesterday, I got the red error message “Failed to rollback editor”. Now when I open the editor, it says “Restore in progress…” but the process seems to be stuck.
I had this happen about a year ago and the only way to resolve it was to reach out to Support. They did something behind the scenes that resolved it. Fair warning, it took about 3 days to get it resolved.
Thank you for the tip. Yes, there really was no other way to fix it than to ask support for help. Not a big deal in itself if it wasn’t a very important function from a development continuity perspective. To be fair, I have to say that the ticket was dealt with reasonably quickly (even if I think the ticketing system itself could be improved).
