I’m currently building an app and initially subscribed to the Basic plan. Recently, a friend joined me to help develop the project, so I upgraded to the Pro plan expecting better collaboration features.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to discover that the Pro plan doesn’t allow adding even a single teammate or collaborator. I’m not running a large organization — it’s just two people working together on a small project. What’s more frustrating is that the plan’s description suggested that expanding the team would be possible.
I feel misled and quite disappointed. Collaborative work is essential even for small teams, and this limitation doesn’t make sense for a Pro plan.
I understand that the pricing model is per seat, meaning that for each new collaborator, a new Pro license needs to be purchased. In my case, I recently bought the Pro plan for R$200 BRL and I’m just getting started with WeWeb. I’m still learning, and sometimes I need help from more experienced friends to understand certain features.
The issue is that when I share my login with them, it ends up disconnecting my session, which makes this kind of collaboration unfeasible. Paying an additional R$200 BRL per person just so they can help me occasionally is a high cost at this early stage.
One suggestion would be to make the Pro plan a bit more flexible — for example, allowing 2 simultaneous sessions per account, or including at least 1 additional collaborator at no extra cost. This would be very helpful for small teams and beginners who are still exploring the platform and don’t have the budget to pay for multiple licenses.
I come from Bubble, where this kind of limitation doesn’t exist — multiple people can log into the same account and work in the editor at the same time. That makes teamwork much easier, especially when you’re still learning.
I’d really appreciate it if there’s anything you could do to help me at this initial stage. I really like what you’re building, and I see long-term potential in the platform, but this limitation is making things quite difficult for me.

Our regional pricing has made WeWeb much more accessible to the Brazilian community, and the positive feedback we’ve received from users here has been truly encouraging. But I understand that the current pricing might still make the product out of reach for some.
Having said that, at this time, we are not planning to enable simultaneous logins or change the Pro plan. These decisions have been carefully considered in light of the overall feedback from our community and our long-term strategic goals.
