Disable App Manifest

Hi there!
Is it possible to disable the app manifest that you guys create by default for a WeWeb app? The challenge that I am facing is that the automatically created manifest is too limited for me. E.g., you don’t provide splash screen icons for iOS, no push notifications currently and so on. I want to use a service called Progressier, a No-Code app manifest builder with built-in push notification support. To achieve that, I need to add their manifest to the and multiple manifests do not work, I think.

Thanks,
Max

Hi, I think it will require us to update the publishing flow. Please submit a feature request at feedback.weweb.io and we will plan it

Thank you Alexis, I will do that

We also need to update the Manifest, with a need to setup icon for IOS, too.

any update on this max ?

No, not yet. I send a feature request back in the day, but no feedback so far.

Any news on this? I was also trying to use Progressier, but I can’t make it work without disabling the native Manifest file - and it doesn’t work if I substitute it using the files functionality, either…

This is literly a very critical feature but it seems that it has low votes or something, I managed to have a redirect with cloudflare, but you have to host your domain there and you can just ask any AI to support you to build a worker to catch the url of the manifest and you override it
