Dashboard won't load to sign in/up

Hi there,
This seems like a really simple one but I can’t figure it out. For some reason, the dashboard to login/sign-up doesn’t load. It’s just a blank page.

Anyone have any tips? Is it a cacheing thing? a security thing?

have you made sure you don’t have that section or container display to none or accidentaly binded it to nothing?

No i’m not talking about in an application. I’m talking about weweb itself. I can’t login to weweb as the screen shows nothing

Assuming you’re trying to login from your usual machine and browser, I’m guessing it’s a caching issue or an extension getting in the way. Can you try in incognito mode?

If it works in incognito mode, you might want to clear the cache from your browser and, if that doesn’t do the trick, turn off extensions one by one to see if one of them is creating the issue.

If that doesn’t help, can you send me a DM with a video:

  • where you try to open the page
  • open the console and refresh the page
  • open the network tab and refresh the page

It didn’t work in incognito mode.

I tried Firefox and got to the login screen but I get the error “Unknown error, please contact support@weweb.io. This can be caused by VPN or an enterprise network.” so seems my work network might be blocking it :frowning:
