It returned a lengthy text description of what it had done, but hadn’t actually done any of it!!! And even worse, it deleted what was already there!!!
This is maddening.

Have the same issue. Was trying to put into words what I have been facing but your screen recording does that perfectly.
I submitted a support ticket…
I’m having similar issues. When it works, it’s great. Then it doesn’t work multiple times and eats up credits. I’m having to work on the code within a different AI environment outside of weweb before I can move forward.
Please contact us over online chat so we can get into the details.
I submitted a support ticket
Thanks but as I have mentioned before and in several other threads in this community - you get the fastest service AND the best resolution by contacting the online chat, not by submitting a ticket.
OK well that’s confusing. I have been asked previously to submit tickets… I will chat now.
Maybe you should remove the ability to submit a ticket then?
I waited on chat for a while and no-one replied… Just reply to my support ticket please.
Huh. @Joyce told me that tickets are escalated by submitting ticket vs the chat - unless I mis-understood her. It’s bonkers to me that they are not one and the same like pretty much every other software platform on the planet. There is a reason Intercom is the gold standard for support management.
Also are we expected to read every comment on every form to see now there is a new preferred way of getting support. Unless I’m mistaken chat has only be available to everyone since 3.0…
The struggle is real
@Slavo We appreciate everything you guys are doing, but your tone comes across as quite dismissive sometimes. Perhaps (I hope) it is just a language issue. You really dont want to dismiss your customers’ valid concerns.
I agree that it’s confusing to have multiple options for support. Just give us one and we will be good (agree Intercom is amazing, I have it integrated with my own app, built on WeWeb!).
