404 for custom domain, 5+ days

I have set up the custom domain as per the instructions.

I have waited nearly 5 days. My web app still doesn’t load on my website. It’s giving me a 404.
What can I do?

Btw, great product. Am a fan, after using some others (glide, bubble).

Ah yes, I see it now! On April 10th. Let me check with the team to see what might be going on here.

UPDATE: the issue should be fixed. Can you check on your side and let me know if not?

We had reached an important AWS limit concerning domain certificates and were waiting for them to increase it.

Hi, I can see your ticket, we moved in into our prioritised list, it has not dissapeared on our side, we had an issue with an AWS limitation but I dont think your issue relate to it, we are investigating, sorry for the delay
