Recently I had a bug with Stripe where it tells me in the Weweb app, something like “doesn’t working/wrong inputs”, in red. I just had to reload the page to activate the stripe component.
Now I am facing an infinite loading with the Stripe component. Screenshot below. How do I get rid of it please?
If it happens again, can you share more information about how things are setup in your project? Ideally, a short video walking us through your project, what you’re trying to achieve and what’s not working.
It can help us a lot to see if it’s a bug or something that can be improved in the settings.
Can you create a bug ticket as well if you haven’t already? That will help the tech team prioritize and allow you to follow the evolution of the issue.
FYI, we’re aware of a couple of Stripe issues so the team is already looking into it but since we don’t know yet if each behavior is related, I’d recommend creating a bug ticket of your own that describes the issue you’re having.
