Weweb email extension

I installed the extension “Weweb email” and I used it in my workflow but it’s giving me this error:

Error: Request failed with status code 403

responseText: “{“message”:“RATE_LIMIT_EXCEDEED”}”

I only run it ONCE.
There’s no documentation about this.
How to solve this?

My recipient, subject and content are not empty
