WeWeb AI stopped responding in Ask / Plan / Build

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the AI inside the WeWeb editor and I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem or knows what I could try.

The AI has completely stopped responding in my project in Ask, Plan and Build.

When I send a message:

  • my message appears normally in the AI panel
  • no response is generated
  • the AI stays stuck without showing any error

I’ve already tried refreshing the editor, using very simple prompts, checking my internet connection and checking Chrome DevTools.

At first, I could see a request to /v1/ask/chat returning 200 OK, but now when I send a new message, that request doesn’t seem to be triggered at all.

I’m currently on the Pro plan, so not being able to use the AI means I’m losing days of usage while this issue is ongoing.

Has anyone experienced this before, or is there anything else I could try on my side?

I haven’t seen any similar reports come through. If you haven’t already, would you mind creating a support ticket here with more information to help us reproduce the issue?
