the “Mask input” is not loading the “init value”!!!
has anyone else identified this problem?
all the masks in my system are damaged.

After reading your message, I looked for init value in the group and you are right, since 2022 there have been reports of similar problems.
This made me even more worried.

Raphael thank you for taking an interest in this case. Another community member also reported a similar problem this week.
Try the following:
1- Create a new page
2- Include the Mask Input component on the page
3- Define any mask for the field
4- Create a variable to initialize the component (init value)
5- Link this variable to the init value
6- Within the Programming Editor, change the value of the init value variable
7- When changing the variable, the value is not reflected in the mask as common fields do
8- Note that when you exit the Programming Editor and go to Preview, the value appears in the mask field. However, if you change the value of the variable again, the mask field is not updated. In other words, the init field only appears when you exit or enter Preview.
9- If you put the page into production, the problem persists, even if you bring the value of the variable from a Collection

@Raphael were having this exact issue with our masked inputs. Were display formatted phone numbers. In the editor If I go to edit mode and back to preview the value will then load. Ive created a ticket so hopefully we can fix this!

Experiencing issues with this as well. Workflows that haven’t been touched seem to be broken. Thing like ‘Reset Variable Value’ and ‘Change Variable Value’ only work for me when manually executed in the editor, but as soon as I close the workflow editor, it no longer works. Also changing the initial value no longer seems to reset the value. This is for the standard input @Raphael
We’ve had constant issues with inputs init value.
Right now we have a very strange bug that’s just turned up. I’d can’t be bothered making a support ticket for it as last time I made one for init value issues I got ignored for 3 months

I’m not sure if this could be related, but I’m having strange behaviour on my editor regarding filling input values from within workflows. This used to work and in fact is still working on my deployed app. Must have broken in some update on the last 10 days.
I guess there could be a connection between these issues since they all have something to do with filling values inside input fields.
