UI Bugs spontaneously appearing

I’m trying to understand if I am imagining things or if others have actually encountered something like this.

I have an app with 9-10 pages of which I havent touched several parts in a year. When I recently deployed a change to a specific page a week ago (or maybe happened on its own), I see many parts of the UI which I never touched in several months now have weird small bugs and inconsistencies that break the UI and design, particularly on hover. Things like a different BG color, different alignment. different width etc. compared to what I had set.

I did not make these changes and did not know how they appeared.

Has someone faced something like this?
