Even though I’ve changed the text colour on Hover in the settings panel, it doesn’t seem to take effect when I preview?

You’re more than welcome to Admin in and take a look 
I can’t see what element is selected in the Navigator or how the different states are styled in the right side panel.
My instincts: you may be changing the text color of the container instead of the text color of the text element inside the container

It seemed to be a bit of a bug perhaps where I had to go in and select the Text Hover colour again and it started working.
All good for now!
