I was wondering what approach others had taken with storing an address that needs to be used to calculate current distance from a user. Although my market in primarily the US, ideally I’d like something that would cater to an international user as well. I should note I’m using Supabase as a backedn. So I’m not sure if I should find a Supabase community instead. Thanks in advance for any help!
Depends on your backend. In Supabase you have a whole plugin for that, where you can store, calculate and play around with geo informations, check this out. You can create a function for everything, and store data as geometry.
If you want, I have a senior that you could consult about this for a fee (for his time), it’s not that hard though.
