Do you have any custom code in your application? If you do, you might want to test publishing your app without the custom code.

If that doesn’t help or if you don’t have any custom code in your app, please report the incident here and make sure to select the “I am having trouble publishing my application” so we can prioritize accordingly:

Thanks for replying. It was a piece of custom code. And it made no sense publishing the app without it. But, I have already managed to debug it. So, it publishes fine now.
