If your progress bar looks like this:
Select the Progress bar text (which has disappeared) and set the Z-axis to ON. The result should be this:
Voila.

Could you share a bit more about your setup? Specifically: How did you structure the progress bar (nested elements, component, etc.), and was the % text getting hidden/overlapped before the Z-axis fix?
Nothing special about the progress bar - slap it into a div. Done.
The text was visible before, say at 30%.. once the graph bar goes over 50%, it covers it. So tweak the bar or the text to fix.
