Part-Time Xano + WeWeb Developer (Remote)

JoDevelops is a small technical dev house partnering with design agencies to support the delivery of modern web and mobile applications.

We’re looking for a part-time Xano + WeWeb developer to support delivery on current and upcoming projects, starting with an initial 2-month engagement and strong potential for ongoing work.

Role Overview

This role is focused on implementation and delivery within a structured development process.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Architect to implement features and contribute to building fast, secure, and scalable applications.

Tech Stack

  • Xano (backend, APIs, workflows, authentication)

  • WeWeb (frontend logic and API integration)

  • AI integrations, including:

    • OpenAI

    • Gemini

    • Claude

Hands-on experience with both Xano and WeWeb is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build backend logic and APIs in Xano

  • Implement frontend functionality in WeWeb

  • Integrate AI features using APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)

  • Participate in daily 20-minute stand-ups

  • Communicate progress clearly and flag blockers early

  • Contribute to a short weekly progress summary

Commitment

  • 20 - 25 hours per week

  • 2-month initial contract

  • Fully remote

  • Opportunity for long-term collaboration

Compensation

  • $25/hour

  • Paid bi-weekly

  • Hours tracked via Clockify for transparency and accurate billing

  • Are comfortable integrating AI via APIs

  • Communicate clearly and reliably

  • Can commit consistent weekly hours
