No AND/OR operators in formulas?

I can’t figure out how to use AND/OR operators in binding formulas. Just says “and is not defined”, “or is not defined”. Even when the formula is generated by the AI, I get the same result.

I’ve actually seen screenshots with AND being used here in the community, so I’m stumped as to why it doesn’t seem to be a valid operator for me.

Any help?
