Is there a way to disable or hide the dropdown in the multi-select input? I want to use the ‘allow to create option’ function only, so users can that input input function to add their own answers. It already works, but every time when someone clicks on it, you see the dropdown ‘No Results Found’, and I just want to remove or hide that.

This is not possible with the current element version.
If this really is an important behavior for you, the only solution left is to create the element yourself, using variables/workflows, etc…

I think you could force it with some custom CSS, to be displayed as none.
