I’m wondering if it is possible de import html/css files directly in weweb and if “yes”, how?

and what i saw in the first gif seemed pretty cool but where is it now? Is it still available?
I tried to use a section with a html element to load all my page. It works but having the whole code page in a section doesn’t sound right. 
Besides, how can i add an image in my code in this case?
