How to add Workflow on Delete icon of select option

I’m trying to set up a workflow to trigger when I click on the X icon, but it’s not working. However, if I add the same workflow to the text before the icon “uncategorized” text, it works fine. Can anyone help me with this?

Can you share a short video or some screenshots of how things are setup on your side so we can better understand what might be going on?

For example, are you using the select input with a free layout type or using the multi-select input?
