How do I set the base font-size for `rem`?

Hi all!

New to WeWeb! After researching several other NoCode/LowCode platforms, I think I’ve found where I want to play! :slight_smile:

First simple question: where does one set the base font-size for which the rem unit will use?

Unfortunately, I don’t think that it’s possible at the moment.

You could set the value in custom code, but I believe it will work only in the published app.

I’m going to create a product ticket for this, however the roadmap is pretty busy for our devs so I can’t give you an estimate

Thanks @luka. I appreciate the response alone, and even more, filing a product ticket. We’ll get there when we get there!

For now, perhaps, what is the official base font-size? 16px?

You can inject a style sheet that includes that kind of consideration using an app startup workflow. That’s a use case for the free State Change WeWeb’s embedder:

You can make and host the style sheet where you like - including doing it inline in the text are of the above tool.

Running up the score, State change members find it convenient to do this the member-only scripttag tool to make and edit the style sheet and embed it in weweb.
