Would this be the reason why my WeWeb auth has failed ? Users cannot log into the production app and further inspection shows all user accounts and roles as missing from the auth plugin. Do I just need to hold tight and wait for resolution, or do I need to do anything?
Very likely. WeWeb Auth is built on top of AWS Cognito which might be impacted.
The root cause of the AWS is the failure of their DynamoDB so every services that relies on it is down - and that list is very long.
Unfortunately, DynamoDB powers the AWS logging system as well so, at this point it is very difficult to find out the health of each of the systems because their logging is down too.
