Anyone know how I can get the index of the cursor’s position within an input?

The issue I was having was due to something else in my workflow. Here’s how to get the cursor index:

document.getElementById(‘inputID’).selectionStart

Depending on which trigger is your workflow, you can also directly access the element inside it if needed.
What is your usecase/workflow here :)?
