File Picker List Item Removal Icon Missing - is this a bug?

The icon to remove an item from a list of files from the file-picker is missing as of today. These were working fine yesterday. i would expect to see an X icon but instead no icon appears. all other icons are working fine in my project.

This is fixed, but you need to add Lucide to your project
