Building a reusable time counter that auto-refreshes (properly) - Dynamic "now"

I wanted to build a simple counter that starts counting when pressing a button.
I struggled a bit with it and got some help from the awesome French community on Slack.

Eventually, it gave me some ideas about how to build my own, one that would be reusable across my entire application.
