Some of my users have trouble accessing the video (it looks like a crossed-out player icon), while other users don’t have any problem with the same videos.
Some users also have css issues. As seen in the screenshots there is no paddings between blocks, not working switching button, no video player block, the css don’t work properly. Like there is no access to external resources.
I think this is a one sided problems.
