This bug is driving me nuts for sometime now, even refreshing the editor doest fix the issue..

We released a small fix one hour ago, can you check and see if it solved your problem?
I’m having the same issue. It’s really annoying because I have several conditions to put on the filter and every time I want to bind a condition, when closing the binding interface the whole filtering modal closes.
