Any hacks for implementing keyboard shortcuts?

Would like to implement something comparable to Notion or other apps where a user can type “/” and be presented with more options or display a popup. Has anyone found a hack for this or know if its possible?

you can hack your way into it with js actions. See here and here for some proof of concept.
Also I remember that Kyan was discussing it in the forum some time ago.
