I installed the extension “Weweb email” and I used it in my workflow but it’s giving me this error:

![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/weweb/original/2X/5/530aa2173c3fb1409d79815da573193db3074298.png)

Error: Request failed with status code 403
response: “{“message”:“RATE\_LIMIT\_EXCEDEED”}”
responseText: “{“message”:“RATE\_LIMIT\_EXCEDEED”}”

I only run it ONCE.
There’s no documentation about this.
How to solve this?

My recipient, subject and content are not empty

@thisismetrying @Quentin were there any updates on this? I’m facing the same issue.

Just so everyone gets answers, you can’t send emails on a free plan.
