# Upload a PDF file to GCS through Xano with the File Upload component

Hey,

I have tried many things now, read some doc, watched different videos from Xano or WeWeb side but i am lost.

I managed to send a “file ressource” input to my GCS bucket via Xano run test.  
But i don’t understand how to send a file ressource from WeWeb to Xano ?  
Or may be i need to send something else and work on whatever i received and modify it ?

This is what i get from the file uploader, but sending this to Xano doesn’t work directly.  
I don’t know how i need to process this for it to become a valid “file ressource” input.

nvm i was sending it by application/json instead of multi-part/form-data.
