# Unable to preview the mobile version as WeWeb becomes unresponsive in mobile preview

Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with the mobile preview in WeWeb. When I try to preview one of my project pages on mobile, the preview becomes unresponsive. Because of this, I’m unable to properly QA the mobile version.

The desktop preview is working perfectly fine, but as soon as I switch to mobile preview mode, the interface either freezes or doesn’t respond to any interactions.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve never heard about this.  
Which browser are you using?

Normally you would only be able to change design settings when using breakpoints, unless you are applying some other custom code that is being triggered when entering a mobile view.

Well, the AI agent Wiera told me that it’s a known issue. I’m using the Brave browser.

I have also submitted a ticket. Kindly follow up on it.
