# Questions about the Team Plan

Hi WeWeb Community!

I’m exploring the Free plan managing a **personal workspace, a shared one** and considering the Team Plan at $29 per seat.

Questions about workspace management and developer collaboration:

1. If I **upgrade a shared workspace** and add a developer, can I restrict their access to just that workspace and its project?

2. As an admin, am I able to **copy projects from the shared workspace to my private one**?

3. Can the developer copy the project to their own workspace, and if so, will it include all data-source connections?\*

4. Is it possible to use the same developer seat for different developers over time if I need to **switch collaborator** s?
