Hi @Joyce , do you have any updates about this case?
Not so far, no. The team will look into this further next week.
Okay, thanks. Happy New Year!
Hi @Joyce, I created a support ticket, and it was closed with the response that the reason is the Xano rate limit. I know for sure it is not because the error message for the rate limit is clear. It also mostly happens with automatically fetching collections.
Perhaps Iâll have to keep checking back here to see if the issue is resolved for @polina_cigen
Hi Kunle, unfortunately, my ticket was closed by WeWeb team for the same reason.
But either they are wrong and the reason is something else, or Xano lies about their rate limit.
I had a chat with Xano support, and showed them a screenshot where itâs clearly seen that I get the error on the third request. I just log in to the app, it sends two requests for authorization, and then the next request right after that generates an error⌠Itâs far from 10 requests per 20 seconds.
But they couldnât help me. It doesnât seem that they are interested in finding the reason, they just want to make you pay
Hi @polina_cigen, thanks for the update. That just means building will be a lot more painfulâšď¸.
Hello, I have the same network effect for some of the end point with many items. (>500). Endpoint with lower counts have no problem. Xano has no request history and thus no error, it seems the request cannot be sent out to Xano.
I guess it happens after the recent update of weweb as I have no issue before.
Hi @Kunle @polina_cigen, if we closed your ticket with this reason itâs probably because we saw a 426 error status while trying to reproduce your issue (meaning the app is reaching your xano rate limit), when itâs happening could you check the network tab and the status associated with the request please ?
Hi @whcmeduk, do you mean your sending >500 items to Xano or youâre trying to receive >500 items from Xano ? Could you open the network tab from your browser devtools to the the status of the request please ?
Here a little video about how to check request made to Xano => Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
In my homepage there is a workflow on page load, which is a very simple xano api requesit, it counts the items in a datatable called prescription. On page load it is successful, but if I repeat the request a few times, I will get network error. There is no bad request in xano. So something is wrong in between. How can I contact weweb staff to look at my case? Previously I can contact with Mael. but now it seems the right bottom chatbox is gone. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
Hi @whcmeduk
You could create a support ticket here if you havenât already.
If you could include a video with your network tab open in your browser inspector as shown in Alexisâ video above, it would be great.
