# Modal not showing anymore

Hi,

I have a modal which is displayed when variable “modalMessageRecipients” is true. This always worked until today.

I have checked and the variable is true:

However the modal is not displayed.

I also notice that when I click on another modal on the same page I see this:

However when I select the modal that has the issue, I don’t see the little black label and the option buttons.

Is there any way I can get my modal back? I want to avoid rebuilding it because it has a lot of logic in it…

Can you try checking it the Conditional Display is bound in the settings tab? If not, you can send me your editor link and I will check for you if this is a bug on our side

Hi @luka ,

No, there’s no conditional display or conditional rendering for this modal.
