Looking for WeWeb + Xano Builder for Institutional Workflow MVP

Hi everyone,

Looking for a strong WeWeb + Xano builder to help deliver an MVP for a B2B workflow infrastructure product focused on private debt transaction coordination.

The product is not a marketplace or broker platform.

Core logic:

  • structured qualification rooms,

  • multi-party workflows,

  • secure document upload flows,

  • transient document processing,

  • status-based verification logic,

  • role/permission management,

  • institutional-style dashboard UX.

The platform allows counterparties to confirm transaction readiness before direct engagement begins. Uploaded files are processed transiently and deleted after validation, while the system retains only qualification status/reporting.

Initial MVP scope:

  • auth & permissions,

  • room creation,

  • single-party and multi-party qualification flows,

  • upload lifecycle management,

  • verification status system,

  • basic reporting/dashboard,

  • clean enterprise-style UI.

Current stack direction:
WeWeb + Xano.

We already completed early market validation discussions with relevant market participants and are now looking for a product-minded technical builder who can help structure and ship the operational MVP.

Not looking for heavy enterprise architecture at this stage.
Speed, clean UX, and strong workflow thinking matter more.

If interested, please share:

  • relevant products/workflows you built,

  • experience with WeWeb/Xano,

  • whether you prefer freelance or long-term collaboration.

Sounds like a really cool project!

You mention you’re now looking for a product-minded technical builder who can help structure and ship the operational MVP, have you already designed the various screens of your app or would that person be collaborating with you to design those as well?

Hello Joyce,

We are looking for someone who may deliver UI that will align with our product vision. Main point for now is MVP. Do you have anyone in mind to suggest?

Hi @freemansoonr , just sent you an email with my details and profiles. Looking forward to connecting.
