# Is the feature for creating custom components with WeWeb AI no longer available?

I used to be able to create the base for the custom component in this section, but now I can’t see the option – has it been removed or moved somewhere else? I’m not sure.😬

Hey Habid!

Thanks for raising this. The coded component AI mode has been temporarily disabled while we work on making it compatible with the new AI experience.

We expect to bring it back in the coming weeks. We don’t have an exact timeline to share yet, but we’ll post an update soon.
