# Is code export now available on a monthly plan?

I’m getting different information on the Weweb site about exporting code. For example, here in the documentation it says I need an annual plan to export code ([Hosting & Code Export | WeWeb Documentation](https://docs.weweb.io/settings-billing-code-export/hosting-and-code-export.html)), but on the pricing page it says code export is available on a monthly plan, which of these is true?

Why is there a discrepancy in the information on the official site?

Hi Victor - that export button is for “legacy exporters”. The export option for your Essential plan is under the Deploy button.
