Hello, I accidentally deleted a section (sidemenu) that was being used on another page, and now I’ve lost everything, and I can’t recover my sidebar menu anymore! Is there any way to recover it?

You might be able to rollback the editor, but this would make you lose all the progress until that “snapshot” of the editor you’re rolling back to.
