# How to automatically close a popup after 3 seconds?

### How to automatically close a popup after 3 seconds?
I tried with a workflow in the popup on the “on created” action, but you can only close all popups, not just this instance.

If you choose “Close all popups”, you’ll have the option on the right-hand panel to choose the specific popup you want to close. Took me a while to work this out, but I use this flow all the time now!

I understood my mistake…My workflow is in the component panel, and here you can’t choose “close this instance” (first screenshot)
If I move my workflow in the workflow panel, I can choose “close this instance”…(second screenshot).
