Hey All!

I currently have a Google maps item that maps requests with multiple statuses.

I want a different map icon dependent upon the status and I think I am really close but it is not working.

So far this is a sample of the data I pass through the marker:

and then I bind marker icon field to marker icon:

I am not sure what to set in this settings:

But my map does not show any of the custom markers.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Ccoombe 👋

I didn’t know the answer myself so I searched the community and ended up finding an answer by one of our ambassadors:

> Hey @Davy wave On your Google Maps settings, you have this Custom markers toggle. If you enable that, on your markers configuration, you’ll have a new Marker icon field. This field lets you pick a custom marker image. [CleanShot 2024-07-23 at 10.16.32] Now, the remaining issue would be how to conditionnally pick the active pin or the inactive pin. I’m seeing 2 ways of doing that: In Xano (if your data is dynamic) On your GET endpoint, you’ll want to re…

Let me know if this helps

My icons are different when using your setup. What is displayed on your end?

The markerIcon urls are different.

Thank you for the quick response!

Maybe it was a bug - I just went through the steps again and now I have the custom markers tied to the URL
