Continuing the discussion from [New Form Builder combined with components is not working](https://community.weweb.io/t/new-form-builder-combined-with-components-is-not-working/17202):

Apparently, the form container should now accept component based inputs, but I’m unable to replicate.

I’ve created new inputs based off of the Starter Kit inputs (with all of the same workflows) and can’t get the Form Container to detect it.

As an additional test, I tried using original untouched Starter Kit input components and the Form Container still does not detect them.

It outputs like this, but that doesn’t seem enough for the Form Container to pick it up? Any ideas?

```auto
value: "hello"
valid: true
errorMessage: "First name must be between 2 and 50 characters and contain only letters"
```

When I try to use these, the variable is not appearing. If I try to use regular input fields that are not components, then it works. This is causing a little headache with me, as it seems that I need to build forms without components, and that means it’s a lot more challenging to keep design and logic con…
