Hello everyone,

after I tried to rollback to my last deployed version (Automatic commit (v126) Mar 18th 2025 15:32) via the rollback editor yesterday, I got the red error message “Failed to rollback editor”. Now when I open the editor, it says “Restore in progress…” but the process seems to be stuck.

Interestingly, I had no problems previewing this version seconds before the rollback failed and the editor got stuck.

Has anyone had similar experiences? Any ideas how to get the editor working again?
(I opened a ticket yesterday, but haven’t gotten a response yet).

I had this happen about a year ago and the only way to resolve it was to reach out to Support. They did something behind the scenes that resolved it. Fair warning, it took about 3 days to get it resolved.

Thank you for the tip. Yes, there really was no other way to fix it than to ask support for help. Not a big deal in itself if it wasn’t a very important function from a development continuity perspective. To be fair, I have to say that the ticket was dealt with reasonably quickly (even if I think the ticketing system itself could be improved).

I have the same issue right now.
Just messaged the support via chat, but no response yet.
Going live in three days, so cross fingers.
