# Editor too slow today can't do anything

Seems to be a new issue. After changing page you get the black / white screen of death, which after many seconds resolves to the new page.

It’s also very slow when you create pages.

Sorry, I’m blurring the content because I noticed you have done so in the past when posting in the community but hopefully it’s enough for you to go on 😅

A couple of things you might want to try:

- closing the browser and opening it again if you haven’t closed it for a while
- if you’re on Mac, looking at the Activity monitor to check if you’ve run out of memory and need to restart your computer (can happen if you haven’t shut it down for a while)
