# Easy customizable tooltips

Hey WeWeb Community! 👋

We all know the struggle of adding tooltips to a web app. Whether it’s managing individual boolean variables for every single hover state, fixing layout shifts with `position: absolute`, or trying to get tooltips to play nicely inside a collection list, it can quickly turn into a headache.

Hi,

Yes it does ! Just add unique id to each row and put the tooltip inside a custom column type and map the I’d of the element inside that row.
