# Connect to open AI

Hey all, I am working on a project where I need to take data from my app, send it to open ai, and then post back the result to my user. I have connected to other apis in weweb but never open ai and am having a lot of trouble.

Has anyone successfully built an app using open ai that would be able to provide an example of how to set things up?
