# Can weweb implement a rich text editor?

I would like to create a CMS function like a blog with this service, can I use a rich text editor?

Yes, aboslutely.

You can find the rich text editor element in the WeWeb toolkit. To start using it, all you have to do is drag and drop on the page.

Is it correct to say that the data type for saving is text type, and the rich text editor is used for displaying?

Yes, the rich text editor element saves either markdown or HTML in a string and renders that string visually.
